I don’t know where to start, so excuse the long one!

Contacted Jeremy at Royal Paws, professional and easily gained my trust to pick up and transport our newest furry member of our family.

The process was explained in full and I thought that was it.

Payment made (highly competitive) and upon payment, I received an email confirming my booking.

Now for the magic…. The night before I received an email/text confirming my booking, it disclosed times, addresses and ETA’s, but the best part it had a link to a live tracker!
Communication was amazing and on point from Jeremy, from the minute he picked up my special package, to how he was travelling and looked after.

When he arrived, Jeremy was very bubbly (considering he completed a 10 he trip interstate!) and was a complete legend!

Puppy looked happy and was clean (and not smelly, which was my fear of him travelling so far).

A massive Thankyou, will I refer Royal Paws to everyone? YOU BET YA!

This would have to be the best pet transport business we have worked with!
We transport dog and puppies all the time and Royal Paws are just easy to deal with, great communication, awesome setup and you can even track where they are!
Our little dachshund was delivered stress free and happy, we will definitely be doing business with you guys again!

Absolutely thrilled with the service from Royal Paws. We booked our 4 yr old Cavoodle, Flynn, on a trip from Melbourne to Sydney.

We watched his progress via the link RP sent us, we were sent photos of Flynn during his journey, he looked happy and safe.

The air-conditioned van and facilities were in excellent condition and communication regarding pick up and drop off and throughout the entire journey was great!

Jeremy was friendly and pleasant and kept us well informed of Flynn’s well-being.

Driver owner was amazing kind to the puppies my elderly mother and my granddaughter who was allowed to put puppies in transport box and say goodbye Very clean and put fresh water in other puppies box I was very reassured and he was having the fans and air-conditioning going and checking if we wanted the two pups to travel together or separately they went together and had plenty of room Excellent service would highly recommend them again
